You may return items within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you’d like to return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization.

Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return label and instructions to send the item(s) back to us.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
